The Online Leadership Circle is designed specifically for women who reside at least 50 miles outside of Rockford, Illinois, and who are committed to advancing their leadership, professionally and personally in a virtual setting.
 

Participation Requirements:
To ensure a high-quality experience, participants must:

• Have access to a reliable laptop or desktop computer with stable internet connectivity

• Be in a quiet, distraction-free environment during all scheduled sessions

• Be available to travel to Rockford, IL on two separate occasions for essential in-person experiences
