Dody Hollins is an Executive Project manager for Forbes recognized “Best Employer” OSF Healthcare. She has been recognized organization-wide as a key change agent for her ability to drive results in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.

In her free time, she proudly serves her county as a decorated Medical Service Corp Officer in the United States Air Force. Recently promoted to captain, Dody annually oversees the physical health assessments for over 2,000 service members, which resulted in being awarded the number one unit for medical deployment readiness and many other awards.

As a passionate entrepreneur, Dody is the owner and Founder of Original Form Company, where her clothing represents comfortability and being true to oneself. Original Form Company is an all-inclusive athleisure brand for all ages and backgrounds.

As a multi-faceted individual, Dody enjoys nothing more than giving back. She has founded and hosted various self-development events, such as Success in the City and The CEO Panel, where she has created a vulnerable space for those who look like her to ask questions and seek guidance.
